1. Reconstitute using Bacteriostatic Water (BAC).
2. Example: Add 2.0 mL of BAC Water to a 5mg vial for a 2.5 mg/mL solution, or to a 10mg vial for a 5.0 mg/mL solution.
3. Inject BAC water slowly along the inside glass wall of the vial—do not squirt directly onto the lyophilized powder.
4. Gently swirl (do not shake) until the white powder fully dissolves into a clear liquid.
5. Store reconstituted TSM in the refrigerator at 2°C – 8°C (36°F – 46°F) and use within 28 days.

Standard Daily Dosage: 1.0 mg to 2.0 mg administered once daily.
