1. Clean the rubber stoppers on both the SLK & SMX Blend vial and your Bacteriostatic Water (BAC) vial with isopropyl alcohol.
2. Reconstitute using Bacteriostatic Water (BAC).
3. Example: Add 2.0 mL or 4.0 mL of BAC Water into the 20mg vial depending on your preferred concentration setting.
4. Direct the water stream slowly along the inner glass wall—do not squirt directly onto the lyophilized cake.
5. Gently swirl (do not shake) until the solution is fully dissolved and crystal clear.
6. Store reconstituted vials in the refrigerator at 2°C – 8°C (36°F – 46°F) and use within 28 days.
